• Registration can be done by phone, Chating, Email, fill out the reservation form or come directly to our office.
• Registration must be accompanied by an advance payment /deposit in accordance with the provisions below and there payment of the tour must be done no later than 14 days prior to departure. Minimum amount of deposit / advance each participant is:

a. Tour with Regular = 50% of tour price
b. Tour with Charter Flight = 50% of tour price
c. Package Tour = $ 100 or Rp 1.000.000, -

• Registration is done 15 days before departure must be immediately paid in full.
• Anugerahtrans bookkeeping right to cancel the tour participant who has not paid a deposit / down payment as a guarantee of participation in the tour without prior notice.
• For the tour-tour outside the provisions above, enrollment and repayment will be adjusted by the relevant tour conditions.

a. Carter’s car = 50% of the price that has been determined
b. Rent Cars = 50% of the length of hire

• Anugerahtrans entitled to cancel the registration of charter / rent car which has not paid a deposit / down payment as a guarantee of registration without prior notice.

Note. To rent cars must use a driver from Anugerahtrans.
